Ruth Hald is a business psychologist and executive advisor with more than two decades of experience supporting senior leaders and executive teams across industries.

She combines deep psychological foundation with a clear understanding of organisational and leadership dynamics.

Her focus is executive impact and clarity, strengthening leaders’ ability to exercise authority with purpose, alignment and presence as mandates expand and expectations intensify.

After more than a decade in clinical practice, Ruth founded her own executive coaching and consulting firm. She has since partnered with global consultancies including Right Management, A&D Resources (Hogan Assessment Systems Denmark), and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).

Ruth’s work is defined by psychological precision, strategic insight, and a capacity to hold complex human and organisational challenges with clarity and composure.
